1. State Insurance Commissioner:

Kentucky State Insurance Commissioner – We promote sound, competitive insurance markets; protect the public through effective enforcement and regulation; and empower the public through outreach and education.

2. State Medical Board:

In addition to the licensing of physicians the Board is responsible for reviewing and investigating all grievances filed against these individuals.

3. State Minority Office:

The office was charged with the primary responsibilities of ensuring that all minorities are better represented and receive equal access in the following areas of empowerment: economic development, education, healthcare, housing, government services and criminal justice matters.

4. State Nursing Board:

Our job is to protect public health and welfare by developing and enforcing state laws governing the safe practice of nursing.

The Kentucky Perinatal Association is a non-profit incorporated volunteer association of health care providers, consumers, and organizations with a common purpose toward the recognition of maternal-infant health care issues dedicated to the provision of comprehensive solutions through educational outreach and advocacy.
