Mentally Healthy Pregnancy

Creating a mentally healthy state for pregnancy can sometimes be really hard. When every person around you feels that you are an open commodity, to be poked in the belly, your size commented on, and everything from the origin of your baby to the size of your family is open game for strangers to talk about, you catch yourself forgetting how important it is to take the time to nurture and watch for signs that you might need more help than you think.
